Leamington Haul!

We went to Leamington today just on a family day out as it was such lovely weather and I just thought I'd show you the few bits that I picked up today!

To explain all the book purchases.. whenever spring comes back around, I get back into reading and I finishes the book I was reading - '13 Little Blue Envelopes' this morning, and needed some new reads!

^^The one pictured above is Jenna & Jonah's Fauxmance and looks really good! It was £6.99 and the blurb says:
"Fans of romance don't need to look any further than the fauxmance brewing between teen idols Charlie Tracker and Fielding Withers-known on their hit TV show as Jenna and Jonah, next-door neighbors flush with the excitement of first love. But it's their off-screen relationship that has helped cement their fame, as passionate fans follow their every PDA. They grace the covers of magazines week after week. Their fan club has chapters all over the country. The only problem is their off-screen romance is one big publicity stunt, and Charlie and Fielding can't stand to be in the same room. Still, it's a great gig, so even when the cameras stop rolling, the show must go on, and on, and on. . . . Until the pesky paparazzi blow their cover, and Charlie and Fielding must disappear to weather the media storm. It's not until they're far off the grid of the Hollywood circuit that they realize that there's more to each of them than shiny hair and a winning smile."
This one is 'Viola in the Spotlight' and is right up my street as I get really intrigued about anything that involves boarding school as I've always wanted to go! It was £6.99 and This one says:
'Viola Chesterton is back home in her native New York after a year in the Middle-of-Nowhere at boarding school. All Viola wants to do is spend the summer doing with her best friends, Andrew and Caitlin. But she should know by now that things don't always go according to plan and, with Andrew being shipped off to summer camp by his parents and Caitlin swept up in her first real romance, Viola finds herself feeling lonely in her home town for the first time. Once again Viola turns to her love of film and theatre for solace as she helps out backstage at the Broadway show. And when she persuades her roommates from the Prefect Academy to come to New York for the opening night, things finally start to look up for Viola. Seeing her friends again makes Viola realise just how much she's missed them over the summer, and when they leave again to head back to school Viola makes a decision that shocks everyone - including herself - she wants to go back to Prefect too...'
This one is by the infamous author that wrote 'Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging' - Louise Rennison and is called 'Withering Tights'. I will admit that only picked this one up as it was part of the 3 for 2 offer! But it does sound good and it was £6.99. It says:
'You know what it's like when you have your first snog, and it feels like a tiny bat banging around in your mouth? Of course you do. So you will love Tallulah Casey as she careers about in her tights. She's your kind of mate'
This is the one that I'm most excited about! It's called - 'A Royal Match' and sounds extremely girly after we've just had the royal wedding! It was £7.99 and It Says:
'When LA-born Calypso Kelly arrives at the exclusive all-girls British boarding school, St. Augustine's, she's determined to become popular. But when a photo of Calypso kissing England's heir to the throne, Prince Freddie, ends up in the tabloids, it will take quick thinking to save her reputation-and her relationship with the prince.
After the tabloid disaster, Calypso hopes her next term at St. Augustine's will be better. But nothing could be further from the truth. Her archenemy (and culprit of the tabloid disaster) Honey O'Hare is her new dorm mate and her invite to the Annual Euro Royal Bash is nonexistent. Will a flirtation with a hot new sports star from the boys' school ruin her chances with Prince Freddie? Calypso has some work to do if she wants to go from pumpkin to princess in time for the ball.'

I love sims so so much! I've loved it for so long and have all of the sims 2 discs, now I lost this game - The original sims 3 and couldn't play any of my expansion packs of the sims 3 and sims 2 doesn't work on my macbook so I had no choice what so ever to repurchase this ;)
Lastly, we went to this lovely sweet shop which was so pretty and quaint! I got a mixture of Jelly Belly Jelly Beans - I love the red cherry ones! I also got a wham rip roll and a sour pop lolly.. but i ate that one, shhhhhh!

Thanks for reading my lovelies!
